Returns Policy & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Mango Molli Swimwear will refund your purchase if it is returned within 30 days of your delivery date.

Items received back 30 days after your delivery date are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

All items must have tags and sanitary liners in place in order to receive a refund, store credit or to do an exchange.

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. No exceptions.

Items that are returned with deodorant stains will be charged a $10 cleaning fee that will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions.

Refunds/Exchanges:

If you would like to receive a refund or do an exchange:

1. Please email us at info@mangomolliswimwear.com with your request in order to receive a prepaid return shipping label. Free Returns do not apply to Canadian Orders. Return Shipping fees are to be paid by Canadian Clients.

2. Please ship your items back using the return shipping label that is provided. 

Once your return has been received and it meets the above return/exchange requirements, we will process your exchange within 1-2 business days.

 
Store Credit
If you would like to be issued a store credit, please indicate in your email that you would like to receive a store credit.

Once your return has been received and it meets the above return/exchange requirements, you will receive an email confirmation that your store credit has been issued and you will be emailed a store credit in the form of a gift card to be used toward any future purchases. Store Credit/Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from issue date.

*This Refund/Exchange/Store Credit Policy only applies to orders made AFTER 9.28.2020. Items purchased prior to 9.28.2020 or with store credit are not eligible for refund. Any returns will be credited back in the form of a store credit.
